Construction Begins on a New Tower at Marriott Grand Chaeau in Las Vegas

Marriott Vacation Club has announced the start of construction on a third tower at the Marriott Grand Chateau Resort, which is located located at 75 East Harmon Avenue just off the world famous Las Vegas Strip. Design for the new 37-story high rise will increase the resort capacity to 643 vacation villas consisting of one-, two- and three-bedroom condos. The grand opening for the new tower is expected during the summer of 2014.

The interior design of each villa will remain consistent with the first two towers and will typically feature mahogany stained furniture and armoires with backlit, frosted glass paneled doors and cabinetry and granite surfaces. Neutral beige walls counterpoint blue, gold, red and brown colors in fabrics, tapestries, tile, and the bedding accents. Villas will also have fully equipped kitchens, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and custom cabinets; generous living and dining areas; luxurious bedding; multiple flat-panel LED televisions with Blu-ray DVD players; washer/dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi internet access.

Adding to the existing amenities of the resort, plans for the third tower include a lobby bar, a billiards area, game room, and a cafe. With panoramic views of The Strip, the property overlooks the spectacular CityCenter Las Vegas and is within walking distance to many of the finest casinos, shows, shopping and dining on Las Vegas Boulevard. This resort has long been a favorite vacation rental in Las Vegas, and the increased capacity is good news for timeshare owners and renters alike!
