Marriott Vacation Club at Oceana Palms celebrated the structural completion of the final 19-story tower at this oceanfront resort in the Palm Beaches, which will soon add seventy-eight additional two-bedroom/two-bath luxury vacation villas giving the resort a grand total of one-hundred and fifty-nine timeshare villas. Marriott's Oceana Palms is located on Singer Island at 3200 North Ocean Drive in Riviera Beach, Florida.
Since the opening of the first phase two years ago, the property has maintained ninety percent plus average annual occupancy levels- providing consistent and significant demand for the expansion.

The 1,100 square foot villas feature a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances; generous living and dining areas; multiple flat-panel televisions with DVD players; an oversized shower with multiple shower heads in the master suite; and a washer/dryer for the utmost in guest convenience.
Additional amenities are planned as well with the completion of the second phase of building. There are plans to build a 3,200 square foot fitness center, a teen activity center, office space, and six more floors for parking. The landscape will feature a prominent cascading water feature and a “great lawn” and fire pit for games and gatherings.
